Service Level Agreement

Service Level Agreement in short SLA is a service provided by our company to customers at a cost that helps keep their machines in proper working condition after free maintenance service is completed. The agreement allows regular check-ups and routine work to keep the performance of the machines in good condition every year.

Types of Services
Depending on the agreement you choose we offer different types of SLA, you can choose the agreement based on your regular machine usage requirements. Listed below are the types of SLA we offer.

Full Service Maintenance Agreement (FSMA)

Click based actual charges - Contract includes labor, spare parts and consumables.

Service Maintenance Agreement (SMA)

Yearly advance charges - Contract cover labor and spare parts but exclude all consumables replacements.

Labour Maintenance Agreement (LMA)

Yearly advance charges - Contract cover only labor excluding spare parts and all consumables.
